The Hall on Foster

The Hall on Foster Street at the Madison-Morgan Cultural Center offers adult education classes in various creative fields including art, yoga, dance, and more.

The Hall also serves as a unique event venue for weddings, family reunions, corporate meetings, conferences, film production, anniversary celebrations, and other special events.

  • One-Day Rental

    • Use of building for day of the event (10:00 AM to midnight)

    • Use of tables and chairs

    • Use of MMCC Parking lot (approximately 80 on-site parking spaces including 7 handicap spaces).

    • Kitchen facilities and equipment

    • On-site Event Manager for un-lock and lock-down of The Hall on Foster Street. The manager will be at The Hall 1 hour before event time.

  • Two-Day Rental

    • Use of building for day before event (10:00 AM – 5:00 PM)

    •. Use of the building the day of event (10:00 AM – midnight)

    • Use of table and chairs

    • Use of MMCC Parking Lot (approximately 80 on-site parking spaces including 7 handicap spaces).

    • Kitchen faclities and equipment

    • On-site Event Manager for un-lock and lock-down of The Hall on Foster Street. The manager will be at The Hall 1 hour before event time.

  • A La Carte Rental of Hall (3 hour minimum)

    • Use of building for a minimum of three (3) hours but less than a full day.

    • Use of tables and chairs

    • Use of MMCC Parking Lot (approximately 80 on-site parking spaces including 7 handicap spaces).

    • Kitchen facilities and equipment

    • On-site Event Manager for un-lock and lock-down of The Hall on Foster Street. The manager will be at the The Hall one (1) hour before event time.

Rental Policy

The Hall consists of 10,656 square feet and has a maximum capacity of 299. A $300 damage deposit is required to secure the date along with signed contract.
