Jo Beth Kavanaugh is a 500 hour trained RYT with experience teaching group as well as private instruction. This class is an intermediate level, giving options for beginners as well as for more advanced yoga students. A typical class would consist of breathing exercises or meditation, a warm up and stretching, different flow sequences, and then a winding down before the end of class.
Class Description:
This class is more of an intermediate class as there are many gentle and beginner yoga classes in Madison but this would meet the needs of people who would like to have a little bit more strenuous and challenging classes. However if there are beginners, Jo Beth can offer options and assist. She also gives options for more advanced practitioners as well.
