A Groovy Adventure in Creativity, Friendship & Imagination
Get ready to sing, laugh, and explore with Pete the Cat! TheatreWorks USA brings the beloved blue cat to the stage at the Madison-Morgan Cultural Center for a lively, family-friendly production filled with music, adventure, and plenty of heart.
When Pete meets the Biddle family, everyone is ready to have some fun, except for Jimmy, a highly organized second grader who is struggling to find inspiration for his art class assignment. With a little help from his new friend Pete, Jimmy discovers that creativity does not always follow a plan. Together, they embark on an unforgettable adventure that takes them all the way to Paris and back in a VW Bus.
Along the way, Pete and Jimmy learn important lessons about friendship, cooperation, overcoming differences, personal growth, and finding inspiration in unexpected places.
Designed especially for young audiences, Pete the Cat is an engaging introduction to live theatre that encourages children to embrace creativity, try new things, and see the world with an open mind.
