Take your pastel practice to the next level with Advanced Pastel Mentorship, a six-week art class designed for artists who already have experience working in pastel and are ready to deepen their skills through individualized guidance, thoughtful critique, and creative exploration.

Rather than following step-by-step demonstrations or a predetermined project, participants will work on their own paintings while receiving personalized feedback tailored to their goals, interests, and artistic process. Each session offers an opportunity to refine technique, explore new ideas, and address the unique challenges that arise in your work.

Weekly discussions will explore essential elements of pastel painting and artistic development, including:

• Composition and design

• Color relationships

• Values and contrast

• Edges and transitions

• Creative problem-solving

• Personal artistic voice

• Refining technique and process

This supportive mentorship is an opportunity to grow alongside fellow pastel artists in a collaborative studio environment.
