The 20th Annual Madison Chamber Music Festival

Become a Festival Friend

We are proud to present the 2022 Madison Chamber Music Festival! This year we will be celebrating the twentieth anniversary of the Festival and our illustrious Artistic Director, Christopher Rex. We plan to commemorate the occasion in a big way. Our Chamber Music Festival friends at the Platinum Level and above will be invited to an exciting closing party where we will celebrate this milestone anniversary in style!

This year we are thrilled to start off our Festival with a Preview Party at the beautiful home of Chris Lambert on January 25th (UPDATE: this event has been postponed to Feb. 25th), kicking off three amazing performances! First, on February 17th, we will host Joe Alterman at Empire Mills for an intimate night of jazz (more details on food offerings to come!). Next, “Musical Fireworks” will be taking place on February 25th (UPDATE: this event has been postponed, date TBD) with Christopher Rex and friends, featuring an extraordinary slate of musicians. We will close out the Festival on March 19th with “Beethoven and Bluegrass” featuring renown fiddler Mark O’Connor, and his wife Maggie, along with the Vega Quartet. These two concerts will take place at the MMCC Auditorium. After this performance, Festival Friends at the Platinum Level and above will be invited to a finale party, celebrating the Festival’s 20th Season, and showing our appreciation for Christopher Rex.

We invite you to become a Friend of this year’s Festival, which entitles you to many benefits listed below (click here to download a pdf of benefits). To be included in all printed and digital materials as a generous benefactor, we ask that you send your commitment to us prior to January 14, 2022 (UPDATE: Festival Friend deadline has been extended to February 15th). Your involvement in the Festival is critical to our ability to bring the finest music to Madison. We look forward to properly recognizing you for your generosity, as well as including you in a fabulous, festive finale to mark this historic season.
