Three Paths
Don Cooper

The exhibit will be on display through August 17, 2014

For artist Don Cooper, art making is like a journey which has taken him on many paths. The three paths in this exhibition are the results of his travels, studies, observations, and experimentations inspired by Asian travel and study from 1995-2010.  The “Lotus, Palm, Flame” path depicts symbols inspired by travel in India and Thailand. “The Vortex and the Cosmic Egg” path explores the power of the spiral. “The Bindu” path elaborates on a small dot that represents the point in time and space where everything begins and ends.
